Hello, I am Claire Leland, the CEO and founder of CSC. Having lived with celiac disease for nearly 13 years, I have gained a profound and personal understanding of how overwhelming and challenging it can be for many individuals to manage the often high cost of gluten-free food while also maintaining a strict, safe, and balanced diet every single day. My firsthand experience deeply fuels my passion to support, educate, and empower those navigating the many complexities and obstacles of living gluten-free with confidence and resilience.
